Over $10,000 Total Payout

The Doc Holliday BBQ Championship will be held in conjunction with the Doc Holliday BBQ and Music Festival and will be held in Historic Downtown Griffin, GA of Friday – Saturday, September 21-22, 2018.  Prepare your best pork loin, pulled pork, or pork rib for a chance to compete for a portion of the $10,000 total payout.  Ancillary contests for brisket, sauces, wings, and desserts will also be held.  Sign up early for registration discounts.  The Doc Holliday BBQ Championship is a Georgia BBQ Association event.
